I was wondering if anyone has had issues with 2s Mechanical Meters with ERT modules having different readings. In several cases, these readings are not even close to one another with the difference being 10,000 kwh or more. We have checked and have ruled out that the ERT was set at zero along with the dial reading when the meter was set. We had this issue come up once before many years ago. In that case the ERT reading was ALWAYS less than the dial reading. We found out that was due to the ERT sensing a "problem" and resetting itself to zero. We never did determine what that "problem" was however. In this latest scenario the ERT reading may be above or below the dial reading. Thanks for anyone's thoughts on this.

We have seen similar problems with the dial and ERT readings not matching up. Typically the difference wouldn't be much at all, but occasionally we would find a large difference. On a few occasions we found that the ERT module had quit "counting" disk revolutions but it would still transmit the readings. Of course this would show up as a stopped meter. We also found a few where the paint had faded on the bottom of the disk and the ERT module would miss counting disk revolutions. I don't recall us having any set themselves to zero.
